Another of Peter Penny’s Companies which went into Voluntary arrangements is Eclipse Organisation. Unfortunately I was told that the Company was unable to keep up the monthly payments/contribution to the Supervisor so that the creditors could at least be paid a fraction of what they were initially owed by the Company.

This is a failure of the Voluntary Arrangement and the Supervisor of Eclipse Organization have now arranged for the Company to be placed into creditors voluntary liquidation.

This proves a pattern of behaviour by Peter Penny and as a result even more disappointed creditors. Peter Penny has now formed a new Company trading under the name of Eclipse Recruitment Ltd and this new Company is operating in the same location previously occupied by Eclipse Organization
