This is the definition of Honorable : blameless, , clean, conscientious, correct, creditable, decent, , distinguished, equitable, erect, esteemed, estimable, ethical, , fair, full of integrity, good, held in esteem, high-principled, highly esteemed, highly regarded, highly reputed, highly respectable, honest, honorary, honored, honorific, , immaculate, , incorruptible, , just, law-abiding, moral, noble, notable, noted, noteworthy, principled, proper, pure, renowned, reputable, respectable, , right-minded, righteous, sincere, spotless, , trusty, unbiased, unblemished, uncorrupt, uncorrupted, undeceitful, undeceiving, unprejudiced, , untarnished, upright, up righteous, upstanding, , virtuous, well-thought-of, and worthy,

These are not character adjectives that I would associate with The Hon Peter Penny.
I had the pleasure of meeting him when he dabbled in the rag trade some years ago and honorable is not a word that springs to mind from that experience

This company director Peter Penny has quite a tarnished reputation.

30 directorships most of them high risk companies
12 disolved companies
12 company resignations

This type of pattern by directors like Peter Penny is always a way of getting out of possible liability for breach of duty of care and skill.
