Eclipse Organisation has been subject to CVA ( Corporate Voluntary Arrangement). According to information I have received, the Director of the Company Peter Penny has failed to make payments to the Supervisor of the CVA so that the creditors of the Company would receive at least a fraction of what they were initially owed.

Eclipse Organisation is now BUST ( the Company is now put in liquidation ) This is another of Peter Penny’s failed companies. Peter Penny has now commenced trading through a new Company called Eclipse Recruitment Ltd.

I wonder how long this new formed Company will last for Peter Penny ?

The Company Powertone Studios is insolvent and the Director Peter Penny has yet again put another of his Companies into a CVA – voluntary Arrangement

Peter Penny is now operating three insolvent Companies which are in CVA-Voluntary arrangement
This is in addition to all of his many “HIGH RISK COMPANIES “with credit not recommended signs issued by the Credit Agencies.

I agree, it is a lot of comments on the penalty swapping .,
The way to avoid a speeding fine in the first place is simple – drive responsibly. These drivers are potentially dangerous drivers !!!
There was a another article in the Cornwall news lately , two women’s conjured up a speeding fine scam swopping points both are now facing a jail sentence

Hot topic penalty swopping

I believe the courts like to make an example of people like this but I feel it’s a bit harsh to sentence someone to jail when as in this case the woman had two small children .I think community punishment would have been more appropriate.

Stop protecting Penalty swopping scammers, they should all be reported to the police.

Justice was done when it came to the two cabbies that swapped penalty points to avoid driving bans
Nasser Hussain and Nisar Abbas admitted five counts of perverting the course justice and both were jailed for one year at Southend Crown Court

Lawless Drivers that pervert the cause of Justice and lie to wriggle out of the fines accrued by their own reckless stupidity should get tougher sentences in my opinion

I think Annie Penny needs to be a bit more careful in the future and stick to the law as contrary to what she and her husband Peter Penny believes No one is above the law. Swopping or selling penalty points is a criminal offence which could lead to prosecution and a prison sentence

MP Chris Huhne allegedly tried the same thing and The Essex Police is launching an investigation after receiving a complaint about the speeding offence after MP Simon Danczuk lodged a formal complaint as he was concerned about the allegations of ‘potentially criminal behaviour’

I was In contact with the Customer Service at Medscope on a Monday morning, requesting some info regarding the Corneal Magnifying Lens on a Welch Allyn Unit.

Not a single person in Customer Service or for that matter in the Sales Department were able to answer my questions and they had little or no product knowledge regarding the Welch Allyn Diagnostic Products.

I was going to buy a Welch Allyn Diagnostic Set from Morton Medical but after first being mislead regarding a “special offer “ which turned out be more expensive that the initial price ,then the encounter with their totally incompetent and downright rude customer service agent I took my business elsewhere

Today’s special offer on their web site reads Welch Allyn Diagnostic Set -was £ 107.00 but when you actually put the order through you are charged 155.00 – link below

I suspect the errors on the discounted prices are with the intent of drawing in business and after reading this blog regarding the company and the Director Peter Penny it all looks rather suspicious .This practice with a advertised discount which is not honored is known as bait and switch and it is illegal

I have seen a credit report on another of Peter Penny’s company’s called Powertone Studios that the account which was filed with Companies House 30th of June 2008 showed a post tax loss for the financial year of more than £ 100.000.00.

I could not believe when I was told by a friend who was given a copy of the last account filed with Companies House which was for the financial year ending 30th of June 2009
Also showed a loss of more than £ 120.000.00. Peter Penny who used to hold half of the share capital and this has now been reduced to less than 50% .

Again Powertone Studios was classified as a High Risk Company and the report clearly states that credit is not recommended.

I was also told that Powertone Studios negative net worth increased and is now deficient by
£ 120.000.00.

I have read the Directors report on Peter Penny and this information doesn’t surprise me at all

Peter Penny is not a good role model

To behave ethically – to behave in a manner consistent with what is right or moral is what most people believe in and instill in their children.

Women like Annie Penny should distance her children from such negative influence where no basic honesty, no conformity to law, no integrity, no cooperation and no respect is set as an example by a parent

Children see these values exemplified in our lives, they will want to duplicate them in their own lives.

Peter Penny, the wannabe entrepreneur. glorified book-keeper- accountant without a degree, I could go on but what already has been said in this well written blog “Jack of all Trades and Master of None”. This sums it all up.

The Honorable Peter Penny – Wannabe entrepreneur has been doing it for years. He has helped himself to a lot of other people’s money and ruined their businesses along the way.

Whoever started this blog has been doing a good job. Peter Penny should have been named and shamed years ago.

I used to know him once upon a time when he was working in Sloane Street and he was a miserable, stuck up -looser with a bad reputation
