SEVERE WARNING by Iain McGrath of Welch Allyn to be cautious of Jonathan Boxall and Medscope LTD (3rd September 2008)

Some of the staff and general management of Morton Medical were told on the 3rd of September 2008 to exercise caution when dealing with Jonathan Boxall and the company Medscope LTD.   Iain McGrath of Welch Allyn made one of his routine visits to Morton Medicals office in Broomhill Road, London and by coincidence he saw a document on the general managers desk with the name Jonathan Boxall written on it.  Iain McGrath asked at that time if this was the same person who was running a company called Medscope.  It was confirmed to Iain McGrath that this was the case and he suddenly looked very upset, and the staff recollected his face changing colours.

Iain McGrath asked quite aggressively if Jonathan Boxall and his company had anything to do with Morton Medical and he was told that the director Peter Penny of Morton Medical Limited had consulted Jonathan Boxall  on assisting Morton Medical with logistics and warehousing.  The Morton Medical staff remember Iain McGrath explaining that neither himself or Welch Allyn would ever have anything to do with Jonathan Boxall or the company Medscope.

Iain McGrath explained that Jonathan Boxall several times had approached various people in Welch Allyn in a very unprofessional way.  It was Jonathan Boxall’s intention to become a Welch Allyn distributer.
The general manager at Morton Medical became very concerned about the reaction of Iain McGrath and Morton Medicals relationship with this gentleman, and shared his concerns with the director of Morton Medical Peter Penny.  It was noted by Morton Medical staff that Peter Penny had no concerns over Jonathan Boxall and the company Medscope.
